Hey, so I did this (input my code at xbox.com/redeemcode), the site confirmed it was Forza Horizon 3, I clicked Redeem... and then it's like it just disappeared into the ether. It's not in my purchase history, not in my download history (though I guess it wouldn't be since I don't have an Xbox to download it on yet), not anywhere. I go to the FH3 product page and it's listed as $59.99, like I don't already own it.
Please tell me I didn't just screw myself out of my $20 FH3 by redeeming the code via my PC before I have an Xbox One.

Same thing happened to me. Don't worry, if you go through the xbox one (once you get it) you'll have no issues, it'll detect it as purchased. I was having the same issue. If your on Windows 10;
open the Windows Store app and click on the profile-login button next to the search box, click on "My Library" and Forza should appear under Games.

Your desktop is probably running Windows 10 AU, while your laptop is still on original Windows 10.
Xbox Play Anywhere tiles only appear on Windows 10 AU builds.

Nope, I didn't have the AU on my desktop. It was telling me to install it before I could grab it.
I haven't received any delay or cancellation notification either.
The status page still says it'll be sent within 4 hours.
But its already been like 7 hours.
I'm guessing they forgot or taking them extreme amount of time to send out notifications for every purchase.
Hmm, maybe the store app on the laptop is signed into a different account?
