But I just came home and managed to start the download (PS4 wasn't plugged in) and it's downloading at 0.3 megabytes per second. That's less than 3% of what I usually get on a PC (10.5-11mbps).

Guys, I'm so thirsty, I preloaded the US demo a couple days ago, but that won't unlock for another 14.5 hours, so just now I also downloaded the Japanese demo which unlocks in 1.5 hours.

So after class today I'mma play the Japanese version until the US version unlocks.

The combat mechanics are pretty deep, so it'll take more than a quick session to get the hang of things. In comparision, NieR is instantly gratifying, but it's way more forgiving and limited.

Yeah, did the same question in the previous page. Those options are for PS4 OG as far as I know, maybe the beta is not optimized for PRO which would be a shame.
The PRO option for people without 4K TV should be action mode 1080p 60fps, you may try that and see what happens, you should notice if its 1080p or 720p, if it's the later then is not optimized.

Little to no chance, I believe. Koei Tecmo does own the IP, but it seems like Sony has publishing rights to publishing the game outside of Japan. KT also said there are no plans for a PC version a few months ago.
