I currently have a regular gray Switch pre-ordered from my local Wal-Mart on layaway. As a college student, my income is rather limited. I'll have the full order by March, but I am keeping NowInStock and I might bite with the Wario64 notification for the Neon Switch. I can't believe I am actually liking the colors. I would gladly put money in a PayPal account for anyone trying to get rid of their Neon Nintendo Switch for the full price.

Had a snap & go like this for my psp and it really is essential. Protects the screen and the body.
It looks like a hard style shell to me. I have owned something like this for my 3DS and hated it. It feels cheap and creaks. You are better off waiting for a soft shell like this for the system.

Large retailers do not re-list an item for order as In Stock automatically just because an order is cancelled or what not. Once it sells out, the page will say Out of Stock until the company chooses. Usually, this means they will wait until a bulk of hundreds of units are available due to cancels, as well as when they get confirmation from Nintendo that they will be able to get more by launch.
So after selling out, it is pretty random when we'll see the page let you buy one again, because they will wait until they have fairly significant stock free to enable the page again a few random times before launch.
I know this is a thread for US Amazon preorders but just as a heads up, Nintendo Switch with gray joycons is available for preorder on Amazon Mexico! I just preordered one 
I should be happy and relieved to finally get a Switch preorder but I'm not because god freaking dammit that price. $9,999 pesos or $485 dollars... I want to stay optimistic saying this is probably not it's final price and will definitely decrease once the launch day comes but if it is it's final price I will have the console on launch day unplayable since I will have to save till I get enough money to get Zelda and 1 2 Switch since my credit limit doesn't reach to get those games too

I just applied a $70 gift card with no issues.
Yeah, I just fully paid off my pre-order yesterday and it still shows release date delivery.
So Newegg hasn't made preorders available for the Switch or its accessories yet? It would be nice to see if I can order a new set of Joy-Con or a Pro controller since I have a $50 gift card for Newegg.
Why hasn't it dawned on me to use gift cards to pay off an Amazon preorder until now? I need to do that.

The usual time you get your packages, probably. Although if they do it overnight express or something might be earlier than usual.
Thy will probably 2 day it so it arrives on the 3rd. Mine says expected to ship March 1st with arrival March 3rd.
They are all auto generated dates. Orzly has the same days out arrival date for basically anything you buy for them. I fully expect theirs to arrive a week or so later.
The date is usually determined by how far away you are from a distribution center. I live a few hours away from one in Illinois so they always ship the day before.
