These battles resemble a shooter at times, and I suck at shooters with dual analog setup.

Finally watched a bit more of the second video. The birthday hologram scene...

That was really damn good. I was always reserved about the story and writing in Horizon but damn, I'm feeling that hype!

I haven't gotten to the second Apple yet, but the nuanced portrayal of the High Matriarch in the first was impressive. There's a layer of depth in the writing besides just "main character is an outsider and looked down on by those in charge".
