35 years old here, absolutely pumped for this. Counting down the days!

34 years old here and I'm super excited for Horizon

36 here...the guy that mentioned the generation thing is right. We grew up with this stuff. It's a part of lots of people in this age group.

I no longer play anything and everything, by choice and lack of time, but I'm pretty sure at least trying out these "must play" games (like this is shaping up to be) will be something I do forever.

40 years old. I've been hyped for it since they announced it (Though a little sad they decided to focus less on RPG and make it more RPGish than an RPG. Still, it looks like it will be fun).

What's strange about that? The average age of men who play games is 35

I think he finds strange to be super excited about a game. Not that men don't play or don't anticipate games but feeling really excited maybe is something he didn't expect anymore.

Just guessing.

Personally, I get really excited pretty much all the time haha.

They'll probably be staying with Horizon for the foreseeable future. I thought Cambridge would take over Killzone, but that didn't happen and I don't see anyone else taking over, so I wonder if Sony have any FPS games in development at all (maybe Sucker Punch), because I can't think of any.

Is Cambridge the one that did Killzone Mercenary? It's too bad they didn't if so. Mercenary was excellent (and I'm not even a big FPS or linear game fan). I even enjoyed the story and the twist in the middle.

Yeah and they did Liberation. With them out of the picture, no idea who's going to do killzone now(assuming amsterdam is prepping for the next horizon)

I'm old and don't have too much time to play games but really looking forward to this game. Especially after everyone raving about the gameplay.

would you recommend getting this digital? is it going to be that big? like witcher 3 big, in terms of quests, side quests, exploration, leveling up, abilities, skill strees etc?

i want to get a special edition, maybe even the CE, love my steelbooks and statues but i dread having to switch between horizon, andromeda, dark souls, mafia 3, wildlands... i have or plan to buy these on disk.

thanks!

Man, the impressions in the OP have me so hype for the 28th. Waiting for the upcoming PSN Spend $100, Get $15 Back deal coming up to preorder. Been excited for this since the reveal trailer.

33 and loving everything about Horizon, ever since they first revealed it. Cannot wait to play the full game (played the short demo last year at EGX) it's looking even more awesome.
