This is still starting with more content than Destiny 1 did... gotta start somewhere.

MMORPG level of gameplay and interaction isn't the same thing.

The closest thing you have to compare it to is Planetside 2 which is actually a massive fps. Game runs like total ass on current consoles.

Planetside 2 is like thousands of players on one seamless world with pvp combat between players.

I was talking more like survival game style, 100 player'ish on a world that the game phases in/out as needed to keep fps/performance in check.

I like this guided games idea. Very cool. Good on them for trying to fix the issue from 1.

This is my take from this game to be honest. It's basically Destiny 1 while that other thing was just some random crap glued together.

If they make good on their plans, it should be the game that Destiny 1 should have been. Kinda don't trust Bungies ability to do this but we will see.

So what I'm hearing is only clans can invite random people? a random group of 6 can't just match make together and play?
