Hope one of updates is tomake the base easy to just transfer to another planet. If the Dracula castle can do, No Man Sky bases can do also. Focus on exploration, going anywhere, without having to came back to take your stuff.

On PS4 Pro my experience is actually worse performance wise - I have a 4K TV, it varies from 60fps to 30fps. E.g. go into a cave, fine. Go outside and look over the horizon, big FPS drop.

Anyhoo, don't want to take it off topic - just saying PS VR support may not be on the agenda.

If I could have my way it would be a total revamp of the UI, but more specifically addition of a system map and a revamp of the galaxy map to look like something a bit closer to elite dangerous. The UI is very klunky right now and it makes traveling back and forth to visited worlds painful.

4K mode is good if you want to lock the framerate at 30. You need to play it at 1080p for a consistent 60fps.

Despite what happened with the game at launch, I think the way they have supported the game since release is pretty commendable. For me it has earned them a lot of goodwill. It also makes me suspect that the game's development was severely set back by the flood they had, which wasn't long after they revealed the game, and that the updates since release have been their attempts to bring the game closer to what they originally had.

I think you may simply be confusing people talking about the ARG within the context of the narrative its driving and people actually thinking its real.

People are just excited about the lore. I haven't been following the ARG at all and I'm not interested but people get immersed in stuff like this just like they do in any fictional universe. It's fine. They're not children.

I would happily buy additional dlc, I got over 70 hours out of NMS and was very happy with it.

Next up we're adding the ability to build bases and own giant space freighters. Temporal AA and my new cloud rendering tech should be coming soon too. It will really change the game again, and enhance it visually.

I own game and enjoy it but to say it was missing a few features is just wrong. It is not the game the Sean went on tv saying it was.
Also wasnt saying you just pointing out how some will defend Hello Games. I remember the excuses people posted in the OT.
I could care less about multiplayer. I also want warp to another galaxy to be more then just a loading screen like originally stated.

There's actually a mod for the PC version that used an unused shader to make the clouds prettier and have volume to them. Though it does have a tendency to pixelate at times. But when it works, it looks good. But it's still in a circle above the player however:

It is hard to remember Sean statement of what's to come before the updates rolled out.

I'm a weather junkie, so I would definitely love better storms and clouds in the game. Plus the glitch of Temperatures warming at night on some ice planets is slightly annoying. I'm watching the temp go up but it's draining my hazard protection quicker.
