Laura Kate Dale also said that Smash Switch would come out in the Switch's first six months and that they were holding back the remaining Amiibo for it.

Don't give her any mind at this point, lol.

I'm not entirely convinced laura was as wrong as people think, she got a few right and its possible plans may have changed with the stuff she got "wrong" she predicted a splatoon special edition but we got splatoon 2 but its clear they used the first one as a basis maybe they put in extra work and retooled it into the sequel we got, so maybe a smash port was on the cards when nintendo thought they might have to throw everything and the kitchen sink at switch but now its a monster hit they maybe dont feel that any more so theyve held it back and are expanding on it as a sequel?

Those are bad examples because she actually worked on those. She's a guest designer for a couple of Tekken characters, and she did fan artwork for the official RWBY Japanese fan book way back, which has been reused for the BD releases in Japan.

So basically we will get a lot of ports of Wii U games that had DLC pending (Mario Kart and Pokken, for example) and ports of popular games that get enough attention?

I'm kinda OK with that but we really need new games...
