I was able to use the Reddit instructions to get my PC code.

They closed my ticket right away. No email yet.
Edit: It worked! They send an email to my EA Origin account, not the email address I told them to.

That reddit jedi mind trick worked for me! It was for a European PS4 code and I received it straight after submitting the form.

How did that work for you? For me it tried to take me to a chat or call support, should I be expecting an email?

Reddit trick worked. Just got my ps4 code. Tjey were quick too.

Got it within seconds. Had one saying "we have received your request" then another with the code straight after. Both went into my spam folder though.
I was using the email option, still nothing

Here's how you do the EA Help thing.
1. Click here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?...egory=codes-and-promotions&issue=invalid-code
It should select Battlefront II for PS4 with "Invalid code" issue. Change platform to PC or XB1 if that's what you desire.
MAKE SURE IT SAYS "INVALID CODE". That's the only way they'll give you instant code. Also make sure you're picking the correct region (e.g. North America, Europe, etc).
2. Login with PSN/XBL/Origin
3. Whatever email address you see is the one it'll send the email to. Doesn't matter if you change it. Check your EA account email, first and foremost.
4. Send a generic email about beta key. Here's mine:

6. Check email for instant code. Best way to tell you received the code is if the ticket is instantly "CLOSED". Check here: https://help.ea.com/ca/my-cases/
7. Didn't receive a code in 5 minutes? Is the support page stuck in "loading" loop? Send another ticket. Repeat until you get it.

I'm not sure if this will still work, but there's a Battlefront 2 DLC code on sale at Best Buy's website for .10. That's how I got my PC beta code.
