What's all this about being able to play Arcade Mode when not connected to the internet?
I cannot select anything at all. No Arcade. No Options. Nothing.
This is not a good sign and I'm not into this at all. Seems no different to online DRM.
Btw, for those that have issues with it crashing when going to the options, if you can access Arcade Mode first, change an in-game option and then go to options, it stopped the crashing for me. Hope it works for you.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that; are you saying that in shorter races the entry is used as part of the track? S/he was actually making a pit stop in the video.

Just going from framebuffer caps, the "4K" mode gives pretty mixed results, compared to native at least. Mind you, this is really close scrunity, because it's a still image.

Everytime I try and access the Achievement complete, Claim your bonus area I get a

Well, last night when I was playing most everyone was crashing when trying to access the Options screen. Maybe it was a server-side issue (since everything unfortunately seems to be server-side) and they've fixed it.
If you're in NA, you need PS+ to download it right now. It will unlock for non PS+ users at 6PM PT (9PM ET) tonight.
If you absolutely want to download it immediately without PS+, you're going to need an account in another region (like Europe). Keep in mind the demo will only be playable using the account that downloaded it regardless of whether it's set to primary or not.

Liking it more than I thought I would.
Even on peasant setup, normal PS4 and 1080p display, the game is impressive.
But suddenly I'm spinning around because the first indicator that AI car is grinding my rear is the scenery starting to spin. Spent maybe 2 hours on the 30 lap endurance race mission before I quit out of frustration.
Not because of my own errors or bad pit strategy, because of being spun out by the AI.

To be honest, this Mazda drives like shit, you can't see anything in the cockpit view and it's incredibly hard to make good pictures with it, specially in scapes cause it just looks unrealistic and like a video game car.

I've had that happen with every subsequent car then ramming into me afterwards as I try to regain control. It's beyond frustrating.
