WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO:
Peacefully grant the State of Louisiana to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

Within 24 hours lose and regain all of that land.

Create new federal mandates for those states, and remove all power to vote from their citizens. They will be treated as americans, but without the right to vote.
