I am going to preorder this so hard when it comes out, Jackson is going to feel a rumble.
Mods/steam workshop/playing on a big screen for friends to watch should be awesome.And if it's $30 that's also great. I love $30 PC release games.
Like we don't have enough rooster hats in TF2 already...
You could say the same thing about TF2 hats in general!

The game was buggy but the devs sais they reworked the game a lot and there will be a huge update soon.
I could have sworn it's been on sale before. I suspect there may be a fall or holiday sale (daily special) for Skyrim and/or its DLC as well.
It isn't.
Clunky controls, bad AI, basic stealth mechanics. That's enough to kill a stealth game.

For the price, try it out and make your own judgement. It's certainly a visually interesting game. The AI isn't the best for a stealth game but I thought it was a decent effort telling a slightly lesser known WWII story.

The devs made a huge mistake by releasing the game on time: people felt upset buying an early-alpha for full price. They want to amend themselves.

Skyrim's been 50% off before. Since the DLC is so new I wouldn't expect that deep of a discount, but 33% seems plausible.

Wow Dear Esther was realy something. Finally decided to play it and the graphics are unreal. It's like walking around in a painting sometimes, the next setpiece more amazing than the last.
Really liked it even though it's "just" an animated shortstory of sorts.

Looks like a lot of DLC for other DD to try and compete with. Wonder how long until one of these games doesn't actually hit all their reward tiers.

72 hours, around 30 in co-op. Still a fair amount to do, assassinations, car mods/thefts etc. One of my favourite games of all time.

Just beat The Pitt, quite liked that add-on. You know I actually wouldn't mind another Bethesda made Fallout if they managed to propagate the darker atmosphere, ambiguous actions and choices from The Pitt into the structure of an entire game, it could actually be pretty badass. There were some missed opportunities with the dialogue and conversation, for example it would have been nice to be able
rebuke Werner when he gets mad that you wouldn't kidnap a child with the fact that he was Ashur's former lieutenant and then explore that. Instead of just having to outright kill him if the dialogue option to get him to walk away fails. Why did Werner have a change of heart, why wouldn't he tell you what The Cure was, what does he actually intend to do. Is he really worth helping.
In the end I didn't really help either faction, I just didn't want to kidnap a child so it could be subjected to whatever experiments Werner had in mind. SO I guess I left The Pitt as a fairly awful place with the potential for a better future going by what Ashur said at the end.

Just bought Waveform for 1€ from GMG because I though it looked interesting, but I have really no idea what I'm doing. I know what I'm supposed to to, but I feel like it's impossible to execute well. I can't even 100% the first level..

Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections Tab > LAN Settings > Uncheck Automatically Detect Settings
It only changes the Steam browser and makes it a bit quicker. Should improve other browsers as well.

Thank you! Looks like I already did that. I was actually hoping it'd improve Chrome since it's acting funky on GAF but apparently removing that Skype extension (that installed itself) did the trick.

Ah Thomas Was Alone has hit steam, awesome news.
Hopefully means more people will pick it up, also makes me wish I had waited it out for the steam release but it was so damn worth it, I may double dip.
Edit- Looks like I won't have to double dip, dev is emailing owners Steam codes who had already bought the game before.
