I think that was probably the point of the bandages choice to begin with. It allows them to focus on the eyes and mouth movements exclusively. No hair to make or anything else than those two dynamic parts which are difficult to make in CG realistically.

That was just for the "real" interview. They probably showed him more, and he probably met other journalists too, not just Gametrailers.

Guy is real, only his face is CG and probably not for the whole interview. Like in the same case with the different set images in the room, the theory of most TeamCG is that CG and real footage is mixed there.

Exactly, the people who're sighting the photograph, or some Tweet saying he's a nice guy, etc, are missing the greater point, that this was a fake CEO, of a fake company, making a fake game. The interview itself, if the guy is CG or real, is all the evidence anyone needs to know that everything surrounding the interview is also completely questionable. The interview itself is inherently a lie, if it wasn't completely staged.

No, it's either a pic of the actor in real-life (then Kojima rotoscoped back in Joakim's portion of the interview and sent the doctored tape to Geoff), or Geoff knew about the CG beforehand and was complicit and this is again a pic of the actor in real-life.

MGS2 is as far from "Fan Service" as you can get -- you don't troll your entire fanbase into thinking fan-favorite character is the main star, then only let them play as him for 1/5th of the game. (If you were speaking strictly about PW/MGS4...you'd be right.)
