That takes me back to when I played Animal Crossing for the first time. My dad had bought it for me, but by the time he had got home from work, it was my curfew and I had school the next day. I remember waking up at 5 so I could get a chance to play it a bit before school, and there was just something about it being dark out--a lazy, modest sunrise--while I was on the train to my new town as it rained outside, knowing nothing about the game. It's hard to pinpoint why, but I look back on that time fondly, and had some good times with that game.

I learned about Animal Crossing Gamecube in a magazine.
It was a preview of the US version as it took 2 YEARS to come here
I instantly loved it without even played it.

Preemptive, it's to help people add each other before the game comes out and to prevent 17 Hyrules (even though I don't think there's any yet )
