I know the game has been screenshot'd to death now, but I cant get over how good this game looks.

It might just be the map but BF4 doesn't look like anything special. I'm more excited to see the weather and water changes.

I think it's because its BETA.

The visuals aren't that great considering what PC can deliver visually. At very first I thought it was screens from what the PS4 version would look like.

Stuff just looks washed out, bland etc

Possibly because of all the dust etc to give it that effect maybe, but i think it's because it's BETA.

Maybe. I'm not judging it based on that, in any case. There's definitely a lot of missing textures. Performance is almost unplayable at 1080p on my rig, which is absurd. So I'm guessing there are some kinks to work out.

Something broke with the physics when I was using Slomo. After the guy in pink (who wears pink to a sword fight?) killed the one in yellow. The guy's death animation played out but as be hit the floor he rebounded and started to, what looked like, float up to the ceiling of the cathedral.

I have:

2 680s in SLI (4GB)
16GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1866 mhz
i7 3770k @ 4.2 ghz

I'm getting 40-55 FPS @ 1080p. All things ultra, motion blur disabled, 4x MSAA. Using the latest beta drivers made the game run alot better and eliminated the stutter. The game was completely unplayable using 327.23

Side note, some of the comments in this article are why I hate comments.... and the internet. Ugh.

I think this game (beta) run better with Win8.1 (So I've read on web).

With my Rig:

2x 780GTX
16Gb Ram
Win 7

And latest driver obviously, I'm getting 80-95 with ur same settings..btw is decent playable for me but I expect that the final version run better than now.

That's a substantial difference. Didn't think the 780 was THAT much more powerful than the 680. Yikes. I can't recall if I had resolution scale turned up at all. That might be decreasing my performance a little.

Can't be done via any traditional means. You'd have to create a cheat engine table to hack coordinates and disable gravity. I had one, but the game was updated. I probably won't redo it until I've played everything else I want to play and patches for the game calm down.

I'm not sure what is worse. Comments like those about the work that you and a lot of the Flickr screenshot community do or Reddit swiping screens and rehosting them on Imgur.

Yes, of curse..but I've read many comments from people with Titan who had serious problem with game performance. Have you noticed that there are not big differences from Ultra and Low Details too? This beta version has some big problem for me..
