Zero Mission was great, but it's hard to call it a remake. It's a completely new game with some similarities in level design to another. It'd be nice to see Metroid 1 recreated with some modern day conveniences but without tearing it down in the process.

That said, new Metroid or bust.

I don't expect a character tonight. Kirby Triple Deluxe might be getting a Japanese release, but it has no release date outside of Japan (besides the vague 2014) and I can't seem to find an official site besides one in Japanese.

Every character they've announced has had a link to a site to "find more info" about the character. Unless someone can correct me and find a site for Kirby's latest 3DS game in English- I don't see it happening.

Gunning for a stage reveal though.

Here you go. They can replace it with the actual website when it's up. All the character releases so far have been based on Japanese release dates with no concern to the rest of the world, no reason for them to start caring now.

Marth's page on the JP site actually links to a completely different game (FE12, never released worldwide) while the rest of the world links to their respective Awakening pages. If they want to link to an "official site" for something, there's always Return to Dream Land.

This might seem crazy, but I feel it's too soon for another character. I wanna see more of Zelda.

If there's anything Kirby related that can be shown, it would be a stage for the Wii U version. That'd be really awesome.

Both Melee and Brawl had 2 original Metroid stages. I expect one more Metroid stage then. Going by tradition, one will be about rising lava (Pyrosphere) and one will be centered on a boss fight (Kraid, Parasite Queen). If that trend continues, a stage set on Phaaze with the Aurora Unit in the background seems pretty likely.

I also feel its too soon and people are getting too impatient, too soon, I think we can expect a stage, a assist trophy, or a kirby related item.

Guys let's be serious... Dedede was underpowered. Metaknight was overpowered. Sakurai is the kind of man to find fun balance in his games. Who's the one character in Kirby games who has the strength and coolness of Meta, the regality and charm of Dedede, and is just flat out bringing sexy back?

Megaman's is known (or at least one of them is if there are multiples). Villager's could either be, as I see it, him running in just as he did in the trailer once he received his invitation or him floating down from above in his Balloon Fighter attire. Rosalina could come in from a launch and catch a Luma coming in behind her. WFT is a mystery to me, but it'd likely be exercise/stretching/yoga related

I found that one but it's not really official. I feel as though Nintendo is trying to move on from the Wii in the Western markets too, so I have doubts it'd be Return to Dream Land or any of the DS titles. If they had links to a VC game, it could go there.

It's not all Japanese releases mind you. Olimar was revealed on the NA release of Pikmin 3, as it was already out in Japan. They could do the same for Kirby, since Zelda was just revealed as returning.

Of course, we don't know how much control (if any) Sakurai has on when a character is shown. When he showed Peach it seemed out of the blue and like he wasn't really done with her- so his hand may be forced to show something for promotional reasons.

Villager will either walk out a house or come out a bus
Wii Fit Trainer will be doing some sort of exercise
Rosalina will launch out of a star in the background onto the stage.
Pac-Man will Waka Waka Waka onto the stage from off-screen
