It's better in a sense that it's trying to change itself. It's missions are more like Hitman.

Plus its one of the best looking current gen games ever, and usually could be had for like $3 off cdkeys.

iirc, the game was quite heavy on draw calls(though they did a lot of work to reduce them)

naturally a dx11 pc game is gonna get hit harder by that.
