Bungie loves talking about their tech. They didn't during their time with Microsoft, but it's obvious why. Their GDC 2002 AI presentation was legendary, their GDC 2003 presentation included an implication that Microsoft was censoring them, and after leaving Microsoft they once again started talking tech.
