I fixed that for you.
and after it hits 99 bucks, they will now ask for a 50 dollars price.
Honestly I wouldn't even buy it for 50 in it's current state :x.
Is Smash 64 and Melee available on Nintendo's eShop for Wii U? That might actually be enough to make me buy it.
Personally, I don't buy a product unless I have some rather immediate use for it; so let's say I didn't want a Wii U 'now', although I know it is currently on sale and will not be able to get it later this cheap even though I 'will' get it at some point. I just rather get it later when I have an immediate use for it.Really? Oh come on..
I would say if they don't announce a price drop sooner or later people are going to flip their shit.Man, when Ninty announces that they're doing an Nintendo Direct later this month EVERYONE is going to flip their shit. They have to be planning to do exactly what they did with the 3DS.
Slash the price, rush out two Mario games and prey the competition is stillborn?Man, when Ninty announces that they're doing an Nintendo Direct later this month EVERYONE is going to flip their shit. They have to be planning to do exactly what they did with the 3DS.
It certainly would have moved units. However Nintendo made a deal with retailers in the US to buy them back. Likely to be refurbished as white 32GB systems. It would have been interesting to see if steep discounting in the US would have moved an appreciable number of Basic units. Probably not, but I would have bought one at $150.

Man, they could sell literally tens of thousands of consoles per month!
Really? Oh come on..
Yeah, I don't think Nintendo has the cards they had to bring the 3DS back to life this time. The 3DS was overpriced, they could slash the price by a significant margin; but the Wii U is already selling at a loss. The Vita was a non-issue for the 3DS, but the PS4 and Xbox One is the only thing the gaming industry will be paying attention to later this year.
I'd like to see Nintendo do something similar to what they did with the 3DS, but that doesn't seem doable.
Still too much, wait for $99
Feel sorry for the day one guys..
Good luck with that!
Pathetic because people don't want to spend triple digits on a console that might never have a great game at this rate?
Grow up.

I'm gonna try cloverdale mall target. It would be a great gift for the little ones.Toronto here, Centre point mall (yonge) doesn't have any in stock.
I feel lied to.
I give up, I'll just wait for Nintendo to do a price drop.
I honestly wouldn't fucking know what to play on the damn thing if I got one. Cheap or not it still has a pitiful library right now.
Not even for 100 I would but it. I would play it once and then off to gather dust.
If you have a link for this it could be amazingly awesome for me

How confident are you?
Care to put yours up for sale at that price? I mean, if you're right, you've nothing to fear.
Really? Oh come on..
