this is easy mode. also, the girls don't play as seriously if they don't have high affection. As you get closer to them, they play more seriously.


rock climbing - owner mode

this is owner mode so you just watch/take pictures, instead of actually playing the mini game. In girl mode, you actually play the game

I'll be in Japan when this releases, but I have the HK copy on order so it'll be delivered while I'm on vacation. It's nice to know I'll have it waiting for me when I return.

Man, I am so happy about this. Hopefully mine arrives the Monday after launch so I can play it it during my Midterm break.

Also, do we have any confirmation about online play? If they haven't said it by this point, I would safely assume its not there.

Have they said anything concrete about DLC? Given DoA5LR, I have like $1000HK just waiting to go but all I've seen is like Famitsu getting a costume or shit like that.

...c'mon game industry, when I NEED you to be cynical and shitty by announcing tons of DLC ahead of time, you let me down! Yes, I have a problem.

The official site says they will constantly add swimsuits down the line. Of course, they don't mention the detail and they don't even mention how they will be paid DLC :p

Also does anybody else find it annoying that there is no casino in this one? I really enjoyed the casino gameplay from DoA X2.

In the doax games the girls will have certain preferences. Some will be grouchy/happy in the morning, some may dis/like the hot sun. They may not even like who they're teamed up with. They teamed up because of a gift maybe or to be polite, etc.
All these factors and more determine how they play a match in volley ball. Momiji may not have liked the time of day or the vacation probably just started. The girls can do some weird shit sometimes during their first slew of vacations.

After watching again, Momiji isn't interested in playing the match. Just like raven's op says. Others girls did this but Ayane/Helena/Tina were fucking notorious for this shit in 2. If you could find matches playing against those three, first few days in 2, go for it. Shit man, Ayane and Helena would sometimes not even set the ball up they were so grouchy. You'd receive and they'd bump the ball to the other team, sometimes.

I'd be like wtf, did she just do that?

Finding out what each likes and catering to it will improve vb play immensly if when choosing a team mate.

You really can't until you play it really. Even at 60fps. At 30 fps I had no problem with gameplay changes, enjoyed both games but liked 2 more as an overall package.
Who knows, TN might have changed how positioning plays (doubt it), and I didn't see an attempt at bump spiking. Soooooo not sure if that's in.
