Well, it seems to be imply that the credit card isn't registered in Brazil, which of course it would not be. But I've never had a problem with the US site.

Licensing on digital Xbox 360 games works a bit different to XB1 games I'm pretty sure. Hence why you can keep the 360 GWG titles even after your sub lapses.

This has happen alot of times and ms always revokes the licence .

I can't recall a time when they have. People kept them and MS just fixed the error.

That's illegal. You signed off a transaction at a certain price, $0 in this case. They can't change that contract without you signing it again.

Don't do this guys, if you already gave your cc info, MS will charge it sooner or later after they fix this issue. This happened months back as well and those unlucky ones got their cc charged but they got to keep the game.
