SSF4AE2013, UMVC3, Jojo's, Guilty Gear XX

AE is the only one I can play against people since I don't own a console. UMVC3 is the most flexible, Jojo's has every game mechanic you can think up and Guilty Gear is ok I guess. I wish P4A was on PC.

Shitty online, majors, training mode

• Best and worst moments in the your fighting game career?

Best: 9th place in VF5 at NCR losing to the guy that got 1st, winning a tournament in Soul Calibur 2, winning Capcom contests, making friends at events
Worst: Sleeping through pools, passing out drunk in an elevator when Seth Killian, whom I needed to interview, walks in

Which fundamental traits do you feel you excell at in fighting games (mind games, execution, defense, rushdown, spacing/zoning)?

This is one of the most important questions to ask, IMO.

Some feedback:

• The menus at the top are pretty transparent to me. It took me a good 15 seconds to figure out that they were up there. Remove the gradient, use a contrasting color.
• The splash image on the front page shouldn't be a hyperlink to the main image. It should probably take you to the page that has the general overview/highlights/selling points of the tournament and links to more in-depth information.

For next year's Capcom Cup, doing regional 8-man tournaments that feed a world finals would be awesome.

I think to really determine who is and are the greatest players is to have some kind of big round robin like Topanga. Maybe there should be a regional round robin tournament with players picked from their region via tournament standings along with voting. And the top three in every region should gather somewhere and have one big round robin tournament to decide who truly is the best in the world.

Round Robin actually sucks as a spectator/hype format because once your matches stop mattering, incentives to not bother with or throw your matches appear. It's good for a league that's playing over time and can have a "playoff race" of sorts.

Nice. My phone's screen is too small to see pretty much anything when it's vertical, but the chat seems to load when the screen is horizontal so you can watch the stream full-screen and rotate the phone if you want to peek at the chat or something.
