There is a reason to delay the PC version except for milking the userbase?

What?! I didn't realize the PC version delayed until I was the title. God damn it.

Well we could trust there statement on the matter -

Or we could not trust them - 10 days before the PC delay was announced, Rockstar's "Steve C" confirmed in the "Is GTA V for PC Delayed" thread, that it would NOT be delayed.

Rockstars last PC game was Max Payne 3. I thought it was incredibly optimized on PC.

Yes, the 32 player limit is included in multiplayer modes.

Once the game goes gold you will be able to pre load it on Xbox One shortly afterwards. I'm not sure about PS4 pre-loading but I'm guessing it'll be available to pre-load.
