Did you play FFXII.
Super niche, but I would love for Game Freak and the Kingdom Hearts team to collab over a Spectrobes reboot AKA my favorite game series that no one played. It was essentially Pokemon + Kingdom Hearts wherein you threw down with your monsters in combat. Oh and with super attacks.

Resident Evil to Naughty Dog if the series is to be action>horror. Not sure who to take it on for horror. Maybe let Obsidian try their hands in that genre. Horror RPG...hmm

Godzilla to DICE or Guerrilla Games. More the former than latter.
