Large Youtubers Hide Ownership of CSGO Lottery Site

He does house tours, and posts videos of his cars?

That's flashing to me.

I know his fans will likely tell me that he's simply sharing what's going on in his life with his fans, but nah it's flashing his cash to me.

He doesn't do either of those things, or hasn't in the vlogs I've watched over past 4-5 months.

Lol the look of fear on his face. I don't understand why he didn't edit that part out though.

Mock me all you want, I only watch his vlogs I have no interest in CSGO Betting, Case Openings, etc..

He's not the type to flash his cash, he always stops for fans out and about, recently he did make a wish for a young fan who is fighting cancer who wanted to meet him and took them out the day after on a helicopter ride out of his own pocket, he buys cars and stuff for his family.

I do agree it is shady as shit to not disclose you are the owner of something you are trying to entice people into doing and he should be punished for it but I don't think he intentionally scammed people by rigging the site in his videos.

Don't get me wrong, I like the guy. I've worked and socialized with him (as we collaborated on videos and appeared as VIPs at the same events) when I was a YouTuber. But he clearly fucked up big time on this one. Even gambling on a site you we're involved in starting is illegal, thats gambling with your own cash against your own cash - gambling doesn't work like that.

Just stop, the evidence is overwhelming and you're not making things better for yourself.

Wasn't he recently in a scandal where he didn't pay a graphic designer for work and then mocked him with Keemstar?

Guy seems pretty scummy tbh. Just because you like someone's youtube videos doesn't mean you have to valiantly defend them.

Haha yeah the look on his face as he realizes he's still logged in as a bot says it all. He knew he fucked up and he still tried to play it off. So slimy.

None of that has anything to do with him ripping off people he doesn't know, which a lot of evidence is pointing towards him having intentionally done. No need to defend him, especially when the money he's spending on cars for his family comes in part from children he's inticed into gambling.

They need to go in on this, their probably trying to destroy/delete any potential information that might show what they were doing and linking to other people. Probably gave other youtubers a discount to be in it so they could also make videos and win big.

Flashy or not he was not forthcoming about his ownership in a site that he promoted. He specifically said he "found" the site and was logged in as one the bots once. Who knows what else he was actually doing.

It's shady as hell.

Oh don't you worry, the mock tsunami is coming for your hot take on how fraud doesn't matter because your fave loves puppies and cancer patients, or summat

Like this is literally the dumbest defense you can provide, and I don't say that lightly.

Regardless of the bets being rigged I think you can definitely say he intentionally scammed people by gambling at his own casino and making promotional videos without revealing that he owned it.

That's scummy as fuck and I think you need to try and separate this persons public persona from their actual actions.

A video showing his brand new GTR?

https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&r...pTYdRr2-Te15ptuYGXBzKw&bvm=bv.126130881,d.ZGg

Anyway I guess that's irrelevant to what's happening here, and I appreciate that many people don't think there's anything wrong with youtubers showing their big mansions, or fancy cars.

But I don't really like those types of videos, no matter how genuine, and thankful the youtuber tries to come across as, it still seems flashy.

Kind of worthless point for me to make, but his GTR wasn't brand new, it was used.

GeoNeo

I disagree.
The bot account log in video will used as proof to fuck 'em more.

These guys are gonna get fucked hard. Jail Time coming up for both since UK & US have tough laws on bullshit like this.

Ah ok, I'm not familiar with him.

Which is odd as he has nearly 10 millions subscribers, and there are many youtubers out there that I've not really watched but have heard of due to how big they are, yet I had never heard of ProSyndicate until now.

Kind of worthless point for me to make, but his GTR wasn't brand new, it was used.

Yeah my mistake, I worded it incorrectly. But still there are Fifa youtubers that show their used (but new to them) lamborghinis but I still think it's flashy and sometimes tasteless to post it.

But everyone's different.

micro transactions are worse than reg gambling. People get addicted to spending regardless of winning real currency. The real gambling here is that the money they win is only a remainder that can be applied towards buying in the game company's wallet. This is like a separate bank account where real spending and gambling takes place.

But MT's aren't illegal. sure in some cases they can be very over the top, but they aren't illegal. IF someone wants to spend money on crates in Overwatch there is nothing inherently wrong with that.

What these guys are doing isn't only shady, unethical etc... it's also highly illegal.

I thought this was a re-upload of one of his YT videos that he took down. I didn't think tmartn streamed. I could be wrong though.

I guess it could be, but the whole vid looks like it's being streamed live. What fun would it be to watch something like that if it wasn't live in the first place?

So for all the chants of illegal who actually has to get involved and how? A consumer complaint?

I mean it's one thing to say it's illegal, and then they cover their tracks and nothing happens.

Although I think there should be.

While many would argue that crates in overwatch don't affect gameplay at all and can be ignored, I just wish you paid your $60 for a game on a console and that was that.

Unfortunately micro transactions, buying in game currency etc are NEVER going away, not when you look at the effect they have in things like FIFA and GTA with fifa packs, and Shark cash.

What we have no with psuedo gambling is just an evolution of micro transactions, and it seems to be getting worse and worse....

I hope both of them get what's coming to them.

Super slimey and scummy to mislead your fans like that with such a big audience. Most of which being a younger demographic.

As if they didn't make a ton of money already, they went and pulled this?

Sweet, he learned a lesson, guess everyone can forgive him now.

/S

fucking lol, does he think this will make it better?

That is all you need to do/say these days online. Just look at how EA, Ubisoft and others do it. Say you've learned and it's all good now, wait a year, then start the fuckery machine again.

Except these two have seemingly broke the law rather than just been shady fucks.
