Kimishima is my guess. He spearheaded Pokemon in the US and oversaw the Wii boom in the west.Maybe Shibata? I honestly have no idea. Everyone on the board of directors is incredibly old. It won't be Miyamoto. He's 62 and too ingrained on the creative side of things. Aside from Shibata, I cannot think of anyone else. NOE has had a very solid turnaround under his leadership.
