Yep! For the uninitiated, here's how you get better code for PS4, XB1 or PC via EA Help/Support.

1. Click here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?...egory=codes-and-promotions&issue=invalid-code

It should select Battlefront II for PS4 with "Invalid code" issue. Change platform to PC or XB1 if that's what you desire.

MAKE SURE IT SAYS "INVALID CODE". That's the only way I can guarantee they'll give you instant code. Also make sure you're picking the correct region (e.g. North America, Europe, etc).

2. Login with PSN/XBL/Origin

3. Whatever email address you see is the one it'll send the email to. Doesn't matter if you change it. Check your EA account email, first and foremost.

4. Send a generic email about beta key. Here's mine:



5. Send. Make sure all forms are filled. No need to send an attachment.

EDIT: For anyone getting stuck in the "loading" loop. It takes a few tries. Took me 4-5 tries.

So I pre-ordered from the Microsoft store on my Xbox but I never received a code can anyone explain please how I go about getting the beta early?

I got a PS4 code, entered it, it came back successful as a SWBF2 beta, I clicked continue but nothing downloaded... I don't see it in my library at all, and now the code says it's already been used.

How do I download this?

Trying the invalid code ticket method now with no luck. If anyone has an extra XB1code that would be awesome! In the meantime, back to the form looping!

I did the INVALID CODE for PS4 (because my Best Buy code from preorering really did seem to be invalid) and it worked within 10 seconds!

That happened to me too. I then searched for the demo in the PS store and it allowed me to buy it for $0.00. I then downloaded it from there.

For some reason I am not getting the return emails from EA even though they are showing both mine and my wifes case as open.

We use separate emails and they are not ending up in spam/junk folders so not sure whats going on.

I tried multiple emails in the support form, and for some reason all emails were going to my email associated with Original account.

So e.g. my original email was A, I changed it manually to B, C, and D since I don't use my email A anymore. However, I decided to check and they were all being send to email A.

If the cases are open then it's not working. Try different category i.e. Lost Code instead of Invalid Code.

After ~15 tickets for a PC key i still get this...

If you want to ensure GAF folks get your posted code, I'd use email tags. That way only people who quote your post can see them.

North America is not listed under region. Can I pick Europe instead?

If you're experiencing a never ending spinning wheel, refresh the page.

I've just done this in Chrome..

If you open Developer Tools, go to the Network tab and filter for XHR before you press send email you will probably see a red network error, which when clicked (and when Response tab is selected) - will show you a Guru Meditation error that the page isn't relaying to you. i.e. you're waiting for nothing.

I refreshed and tried until I didn't get the error and I've got the acknowledgement email, just waiting on my code now
