Ehhh.....The internet is so huge and vast, there are millions of outlets and forums that are meme-free. Even most of Reddit is and some might consider that a meme palace. Internet culture is still shit and toxic sometimes, but still an improvement over the wild west of the internet's early days - at least most content is moderated/policed now.
