Ideaman is due to drop some info about devkits some time about now. Is there like a french bat-signal we can send out?
Let's just say the french headlines & news were big these last days

Which wouldn't be happening unless an NDA was about to be lifted this week, correct?
Of course with our luck, those journalists are from a print magazine, and they're just getting extra time so they can get their articles on newsstands during E3.
Oh yeah. I live in Holland, I think we took over your country or something? I may be slightly confused.Let's just say the french headlines & news were big these last days

Not necessarily. Depends on the clause stated in he NDA. My best guess though is that the NDA shall be released either before or during E3
Something interesting from the EA call, Maxis will be releasing a major "social" game this year. Wonder what it is...
I can't afford to buy a wii in September, dammit.
If a print magazine gets an exclusive story, such as the Red Steel scoop from before E3 '06, it has to take place at least a couple weeks before publication. So if we're hearing that journalists are being shown software this long before E3, I have to assume that it's in order to deal with the lead time needed for print publication.

Well, it could still be Nintendo's FY they mean, or it could just be wrong. At any rate, if it releases in September they have to give release info in July. We'll know soon enough.
Time has flown by. Before we know it, we'll be freaking-out at Miyamoto walking onto the stage.feels good to be under 30 days left
They actually already tried this. AFAIK, it didn't work out.Probably "The Sims Online" or something similar.
Always online multi player version of The Sims.
I imagine it will likely need a paid subscription too...
Anyone else giggling at the "what would it take for the Wii U to be your go-to system?" thread? It's an absolute hoot!
I'm gonna avoid that one for my own sanity.Anyone else giggling at the "what would it take for the Wii U to be your go-to system?" thread? It's an absolute hoot!
I'll feel bad for the people that fall for it, and end up getting banned.http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=473202]
Absolute ignorance. Enter at your own risk.
Some people have legitimate concerns, most are baiting NintendoGAF I believe.

ok i have some time to write the news about dev kit
nothing groundbreaking but it's interesting and change the state of our knowledge in this thread a bit
3/4 of GAF didn't even know about NFC when the rayman trailer leaked.

Really looking forward to "The Wii U Speculation Thread VI: The Undiscovered Console." No matter how much good info comes out of this thread, Star Trek V still stunk. :lol

Eh.. barring some absolutely incredible uber-megaton, I still think it'll go like this:It makes the post-E3 crow eaters look that much worse.
I'm telling you, one way or another, Ninty's gonna shock a lot of people this year. In a positive or negative context, I'm not sure.
Eh.. barring some absolutely incredible uber-megaton, I still think it'll go like this:
- if you liked Nintendo before, you'll find reasons to love this conference
- if you disliked Nintendo before, you'll find reasons to hate this conference
- if you were ambivalent to Nintendo before, umm.. who are you?
I think so. Ain't it great?where did IdeaMan go? is he composing a new wall of hints?
They actually already tried this. AFAIK, it didn't work out.
....Wii U support. $80 million for next-gen games this fiscal year doesn't sound like much....Of course it's possible they're filing Wii U under this-gen, which wouldn't be a good sign.
He's writing up how the new dev kits all have a Terabyte of RAM and tri-7950s.
like there is a part of Ubisoft not working on WiiU?
I don't know why but Ubi seems to be the biggest Nintendo fanboy out there
he said it was not going to be major
You know they won't. Why pay license fees for outdated legacy features?

Which is French code for megaton.

you are trying to set him up for a backlash?
smh
