I'm hoping Vanquish is not too far off since we got Bayonetta. I would think Platinum Games used the same engine or close to it.

Placebo. From all we know, they've only fixed the stutter issues with the latest bc update.

So improved input latency across all backwards compatible games too, not just the ones that got updates yesterday? Excellent. It was never a problem before with me but if there is even less, so much the better.

If they can get the multi-disc games running and polish up Halo Reach my 360 might end up on the chopping block. Very impressive work, just in time for Gears 4 too.

I'm gonna need digital foundry numbers on this, Gears Judgement looked pathetic on BC from the videos I saw. I just want the games to run the same as 360 if possible, Reach running well would also be nice.

Since this is a general update, were there any other games that had some problems?

That's unfortunate since it has the best campaign but the framerate is pretty bad for the campaign at least on the One from what I remember.

Like, just to give you an idea.. it more than tripled the scene complexity from Halo 3, and had a few of it's original encounter designs shaved down because it turned out the 360 couldn't handle them near the end of development.

Not only is that game have the 360's gas pedal pushed all the way down, the engine is redlined and in about 2 more seconds it's about to go through the bottom of the car :V

stuff like this is why I wish we lived in a perfect world where they could just make a solid 360 emulator and you could run whatever games you wanted. The game by game thing is nice for optimization, but relies on publisher support to allow games.

They've done a great job with this though, more than i expected really.

My most wanted are:

1) Ninja Gaiden 2
2) Radiant Silvergun
3) Lost Odyssey
4) Mass effect 3
5) Mass Effect 2
6) Blue Dragon

I really think those are the big ones that are missing for me.

At this point I have to imagine that if Capcom was in a position to sell Ultimate Mahvel again they would go remastered instead of BC.

Ten most wanted to come to BC:

1. Mass Effect 2
2. Mass Effect 3
3. Dead Space 2
4. Dead Space 3
5. Batman: Arkham Origins
6. Enslaved
7. Bulletstorm
8. Vanquish
9. Doom 3 BFG (digital version, currently only disk version supported)

I'll be honest. At this moment, the only games I want are the Games With Gold that were given for free before Backwards Compatibility was announced and are still not supported.

I REALLY wish MS would fix the lock-on issue for Sonic & Knuckles. If you don't have Xbox 360 saves of the other Sonic games in the cloud, the bonus games don't work. It's been this way since it became a BC title in May. It's annoying.

With the release today of Word Puzzle it got me thinking about MS published games... so I spent some time researching MS published games to see what games are still to come since they said they are releasing all of their games besides Kinect of licensed issued games

Isn't ninja gaiden 2 published by ms?

Anyone else having an issue purchasing Xbox 360 games from Xbox.com? I'm receiving an "Error in Application" every time I try to purchase a 360 game.

Edit - It's not just the website, it's also on Xbox One. I cannot purchase a single 360 game. On the website I get an error and on XB1, it locks up after clicking "See Price". I wonder if this is a systemwide Xbox issue.
