How well did 360 do in Austria compared to the PS3?

I don't know of any organization tracking these just for Austria but the only source of charts I know that tracks video game sales repeatedly has multiplatform titles listed under Xbox.

Didn't follow 360 sales but anecdotally a lot of people I know had one.

It's just a bit of stigma that sticked with the brand, yet they are so damn sucessful.

There are some things to criticise about Aldi, but quality shouldn't be one of them.

Actually it is quite popular amongst university students where I live . I don't know how big Hofer is, but if this was an Aldi offer it would be huge for Sony, definitely.

That's why I wrote used to. I loooove Aldi (I'm a student too) and know a lot of people who shop there as well. The prices are amazing compared to let's say Edeka or Famila (so expensive).

Then MS reacted and is now offering the Xbox for 300 Euroes at gamestop, or the "specialists" as they call them.

XboxAT just shot themselves in the foot.

I don't know how much the rest of you know about Austrian culture (I'm an expert), but Brot and Wurst are huge parts of it. It's not like it is in America where you can become successful by selling hot pockets. If you screw someone over in Austria, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is repentance.

What this means is the Austrian public, after hearing about this, is not going to want to purchase Xbone One, nor will they purchase any of Microsoft's other products. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but XboxAT has alienated an entire market with this move.

XboxAT, publicly apologize and delete the tweet or you can kiss your business goodbye.
