Ive sometimes wondered how likely the possibility of such a thing happening. Surely it's going to happen at some point in time, right? I'm sure there are security measures in place to ensure user anonymity would a data leak to occur, but you never know.
Side note: do ISPs still have user web history from the 90s? Is there a timeline for how long such data is stored? This sort of shit fascinates me

I mean, the worse they would find is porn and I'm not exactly secretive about porn if someone really for whatever reason wants to bring it up.
I try to not do say anything online that I wouldn't feel right saying IRL.

I'd be pretty much fine. Live in Canada, gf of 8 years knows everything I do online. Maybe not super detailed, but the general idea (and doesn't care at all). My parents would likely laugh at most embarrassing things. I suppose my gfs parents would be a little shocked since they're a bit more conservative and in a bubble, but they'd get over it.

The internet was a wild west back in the 90's.
Oh god, I remember when I downloaded some celebrity nude pics way back in the day and accidentally clicked "save as wallpaper" instead of just "save as..."
While I was quickly able to change the wallpaper to something else, Windows used to make it so that the image set as wallpaper in that manner would always appear briefly when turning on and off the computer.
Now, it was just some celebrity nude stuff, but I still had some explaining to do until I figured out how to get rid of that. But it could've easily happened with something way more embarrassing.
And that would still be 1/10000000 of the disaster this scenario laid by the OP would be :O
And that's only what comes to things related to sexual things :O :O :O
Now, if this would happen to EVERYONE, I doubt there would be many who would be willing to accuse or shame other of anything as it would land them into ridicule and accusations too. So I hope that would be the plot twist in this horrible scenario.
