Zelda BOTW Patch 1.1.2 released

What's with the really dumb enemy AI in this game some/many times? Today I was showing the game to my friend and I came about a Lizalfos swimming in water. I made an ice pillar to glide down on to get closer, and I proceeded to hit the lizalfos with one arrow after another right smack in the face with him literally doing nothing the entire time until he died. He didn't move, he didn't see me, he didn't try to attack, and I was taking my time lining up headshots... I didn't think much of it because I've seen similar behavior from other enemies before, where if I'm standing too far away for them to see me they sometimes don't react to my arrow hits at all (and I kinda welcome it when it happens cause it makes my life easier)... But to my friend who doesn't play the game this looked jarring, and he brought my attention to how dumb it is.

Can also be done with remote bombs where you keep blowing the same enemy with one bomb after another at the same exact spot and they keep coming back to it.

I know this probably belongs in the OT, but I'm avoiding that thread until I finish the game :p

I'm guessing their field of vision in water doesn't go as high as the top of ice pillars so they get into the "being attacked, but can't find enemy" loop

Is there a video of the infinite arrow glitch before and after the patch? Some people said that the ~20 arrows limit was always there.

I need some star fragments now. Did they really patch this? Dammit!

1.1.2 isn't pleasant :(

Is there any way to stop automatic title updates? I think my game updated because when I press the Home button and return to the game, the console tells me there is an update and asks me if I want to continue playing or restart the title. It's pretty annoying. I think the console downloaded the updated, even though I'm still on 1.1.1 and I did cancel the download the last time I noticed it. I've used sleep mode only and haven't closed/restarted the game yet.

Tried for 1 hour yesterday and I only got two star pieces :(
[I'm still on 1.1.1]

I'm just glad that one of these patches fixed the issue where getting a new heart container would erase your yellow hearts. Just noticed that today

Take your system offline.

It is offline. But it seems once you go online and you get the update prompt it keeps coming up even if you go offline afterwards. I think on the 3DS you boot into the recovery menu and delete the downloaded update to eliminate the nag, I wonder if there is something similar on Switch.

Wait, so they limited the amount of star fragments we can have at one time?
I was wondering why my Zelda amiibo was dropping a bow 100% of the time! Dropping my star fragments on the floor before summoning the amiibo seems to take care of the drop rate though, but man that's a weird change.

What are star fragments good for? I haven't been able to get any except one from an easy NPC side-quest. I saw shooting stars fall a few times, marked the spot on the map and headed there but never found it. Do you have to get there before the morning rises? I haven't been able to do that.

Guess I need to post this again since there are some people who seem to have already forgotten after 2 page. Wow, how the mind slips!

"Allegedly"

Opening admitting to sexually assaulting someone(then banning anyone who called him out for it)

Posting revenge porn with their real full names then another admin(a now jailed pedophile) printed the photos and jacked off over them and sent it to the boyfriend.

Not sure about general use, but they're needed to upgrade any clothing you get from amiibo (ie: OoT tunic, WW tunic, ect). It's still not really worth it from a return on investment standpoint 'cause it takes 30 star fragments total to upgrade a single full set, and the defense bonus you get from that upgrade is minimal at best compared to other sets that are far easier to upgrade...

Enemies can't climb. If you're on an ice pillar in water and they don't have a bow, they have no way of hurting you at all. So they just sit there.

It would have been nice had there been an AI routine such that: "if you are sustaining damage but can't target the attacker yourself, you flee", I guess.

The (late game armor spoiler)
Ancient Armor
needs them for the last upgrade too.

Game crashed for the first time for me today. Latest patch and system update installed.

It ruined the pleasantness!

It happened while felling a tree.

Is this confirmed somewhere?
