And it's not completely unexpected. Fuudo, Momochi, Bonchan, and Sako are not exactly surprises. Ricky Ortiz is a former EVO champion.

That's just how it goes for Daigo. Jumps in with flavor of the month character that he believes is just all-around stronger, is bored of normal Ryu, and ends up losing with mediocre play.
