Do you need to set up something in the settings? It doesn't seem to work for me.
Didn't have to touch the settings.
Just hover your mouse over the links where the webm files should be and it plays them.

So are these somehow really tiny files (black magic?) or are they just loading super fast and using all my internet quota?

those are the vids from 4chan which don't exist anymore.
They are like mp4 videos (they ARE videos). So yeah, they can be really small compare to gif images.
GIF's are bloated as all hell, these videos can actually be smaller than a lot of them.
GIFs were never meant for the kind of things people have been using them for.

where do you upload your .webm to?
It's your browser, not the video. Play just fine on mine.
So what should I do? I'm using the FF extension.

Downloaded the Firefox add-on and it works great. Wish they would autoplay though.
I'm also using the chrome ext but I'm getting a black screen.
My favourite sequence in that movie. Awesomesauce@ this whole thread (altho not when I'm on my iPad)
But until all sites support it, the option would come in handy.
If it's not too much trouble I would really appreciate it if you added the ability to manually add websites. Pretty please.
Everyone complaining about videos not working: either a) check that they aren't linked from 4chan, since they die in about 24 hours, or b) install better codecs.
