Is it a localization?

We don't have a date for Hyrule legends right? Or for FE #.

It could be mine craft if noa was gEtting it first for some reason

Wait, really? I don't think I've ever seen any positive impressions of Giant Robot, while I thought Guard was incorporated into Star Fox or something. I assumed both were just tech demos.

My bad... it turns out Project Giant Robo is actually on hold while Project Guard is in development and tied to Star Fox universe (not specifically Star Fox Zero): http://kotaku.com/everything-we-know-about-nintendos-experimental-new-sta-1711733204.

Then it just weird why Nintendo shows Project Giant Robot logo (yes, it has a logo) every time.

My four guesses in order of probability:

1. Humble Nindie Bundle 2
2. Nintendo Account details + timeframe
3. "Nintendo Account live now in NA"
4. Minecraft Wii U.

Anyone expecting a huge reveal like Metroid or NX info just has not been alive long enough to know that NCL does those reveals first. That's why it's a huge deal when that when Nintendo Directs are announced, people wait for Japan to get one to get hyped.

I've just booked my ticket for the hype train. Train tickets aren't half expensive these days! Anyway, of course I've gone first class so I'll be expecting my free alcoholic beverage any minute now.

I'm lowering my expectations because it came from an NOA employee. It could be something cool but the chances are it's likely some holiday deal of some sort on preexisting games. At least, that's the worst case scenario so not bad.

I hope I'm wrong!

I imagine there's loads of Nintendo employees right now looking through their fingers at their computer screens,

"oh gawd, the Internet all think we're going to announce something big today, oh gawd"

Don't use Kotaku as a source of facts. :) Indeed, Project Giant Robot has a logo and has been listed at each investor's meeting.

Both the "project" titles were in very early development during E3 2014.

NoE have stated we won't see Nintendo Account till March, and the Japanese launch was preliminary - just to allow purchases from nintendo.co.jp.

It was an NoA employee who announced this and NoA hasn't stated anything on the Nintendo Account yet.

Like most others, I expect this to be nothing, maybe a smallish pricecut on something. That said, it would be nice if Nintendo (for once) came out swinging and really did surprise everyone. :)

EU Nintendo Download Blast is up: http://gonintendo.com/stories/248256-this-week-s-european-downloads-december-10-fast-racing-steamw. No sales or anything... although a pretty solid eShop update overall.

Was this posted? Didn't see anything on the last few pages

I can't dig it.

How is that big though?

Honestly? Because of kids/families, it will be really big. There is a reason LEGO games and toys-to-life games are still coming to Wii U.

I know but it will have little to no impact on sales of the console.

You can get the game on mobile/ipad and all other consoles

SMT4 half off. Also yeah MC is a huge franchise that's been inexplicably missing (and we had that pegi post)
