All I can find is the NOE Wii Shop removed it on 31st March 2012 and the NCL Wii Shop did so on 30th March. Given how close those dates are you would expect NOA to be the same.

In fact I found a forum post dated 1st April saying they were gone:

Congratulations to Splash or Crash for beating the king and Castlevania for convincing people to pay full price. People buy PAC-MAN but doesn't play enough to rate it.

So, in the interests of making things actually useful (and reducing the weird amount of time Google docs lags when opening published pages), I've reformatted the CN spreadsheet page.

For anyone using it, the spreadsheet is now split into multiple smaller pages, allowing for (theoretically) faster loading -and- sorting by name or date (or either in reverse order).

If anyone has any issues with it, let me know.

So I just found out the hard way sleep mode downloads only work if you have software closed...or at least the downloads seem to be running now.

To be honest Nicalis fares badly at the lot check phase in America too (a lot of it is dull things like to refer to controls and things like system can't be turned off while saving). Maybe Europe has stricter lot checks or won't let you resubmit for a few months each time you fail.

Its still kind of daft you have to go through the motions for each region, surly once suffices...

Could it be that deleting an eShop account deletes all the ratings you made too? Thats the only explanation I have.

I get the feeling that Europe doesn't accept Nicalis' typical *include a massive gamebreaking bug* approach that somehow keeps making it past NoA.

I'm split on this. I wish Nintendo approved patches faster, but I'm also irked at Gaijin for letting it release with such a dumb issue.

(The crashes, which FWIW I've actually yet to encounter, I firmly blame Nintendo for.)

Well, I mean when you look at "Games by Category" and then Indie games section, Puddle is not listed there. Runner2, Nano Assault, Chasing Aurora, Little Inferno, Trine 2 and MSF HD are listed there. I ask this because I thought the developer is also an indie developer.

I noticed that too. I'm guessing Nintendo just screwed up. Wouldn't be the first time. Just a week or so ago they had Dillon's Rolling Western listed in the "Coming Soon" section on the 3DS eShop instead of its sequel, Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger. They've made quite a few mistakes like this before.

Just putting this out there, wouldn't it be more practical to post all-time sales charts once a month, or even once a week (or bi-weekly)? Changes won't be noticeable on a day-to-day basis.

It's a fairly simple fun little game for the price. It offers replay value since it allows you to beat your scores with various different objects.

The objective of the game is to get the object you control to the bottom of the well while avoiding multiple obstacles. You can share scores with StreetPass. You should look at some videos on YouTube to see whether you'll like it or not.

In Europe, if you had bought a 3DS XL by mid January you could download one of those two games for free (along with Freakyforms DX, Style Savvi and New Art Academy).

There was a promotion where customers who registered their 3DS XL could download a Nintendo published title for free. It seems that Super Mario 3D Land and Layton were the most popular choices.
