So how does the Australian Classification Board classify a game as Nudity with Very Mild Impact? I just want to know to set my expectations.

I'm fine with a few clones, as long as they aren't completely different characters with copy-pasted moves, like Captain Falcon and Ganondorf.

Yeah, exactly. I honestly don't see this as Lucina being in over Chrom, I see it as Robin being in over Chrom and Lucina is just sorta there as a Marth clone.

I never said he was taking anyone's slot. I said he would be a pointless character if he was a clone. I've got no problem with Dark Pit, but to offset his identical appearance to Pit, it would be best to make his moves different.

Since Chrom is already in Robin's Final Smash I doubt they would make him DLC.

His model seems pretty damn detailed though. Like, extremely detailed. (More so than Lucina even.)
I think he's got a shot at being more than a cameo.
I'd be okay with that as long as he had his pills and was announced as Dr. Mario, but today's comment makes it seem that any gameplay changes = separate character.
I think Dark Samus takes that honor, considering she never uses the Grapple Beam or Bombs and doesn't even have the Screw Attack in her suit. She also usually floats instead of walking and fights nothing like Samus, with all her signature moves having no equivalent in Smash Samus.
And yet some people still think she would have been a clone.

Such a waste. Having such great models but only to be relegated to a Final Smash. Like Megaman.
She's looking like the Mario of sword wielders.
DLC's gonna be so odd. Like, will it already be in as a trophy, assist trophy, final smash, stage decoration? If it's in, then it won't seem like it'll be DLC. But if it's noticably absent from all of those things, then it'll seem like it will be DLC. It's just so odd to wrap my head around.
So, with these new characters, who is GAF considering maining? I'm still at Megaman (his playstyle was awesome in the demo), possibly considering Lucina, and possibly considering Ganondorf if he's less complete shit this time around.

Pic of the day. Along with Robin, Lucina joins the battle!! Her physical ablilites are identical to Marth's--it must be in her D.N.A. However, where Marth's power is concentrated in the tip of the sword, Lucina's attack strength is balanced throughout the weapon, which might make her easier to control. She's also a little bit shorter than Marth.
With the Wii Fit Trainers, the male and female Robins, the Villagers, and Little Mac, varying their appearances and voices works just like selecting alternate color variations. However, whenever there is even a small difference in abilities, that character gets an actual roster slot. That is why you can select Lucina individually.
By the way there's probably no chance you'll be able to see this in the game, but Lucina has the mark of Naga in her left eye.

I don't, he is already an important part of a Final Smash. I honestly think there is around 0% chance that he will be made a playable character via DLC. The models for all the other Mega Men are as high quality as playable characters too, I think Sakurai just wants to make sure the models for Final Smash only characters are good.

i dont think it would make her instant noob status (i always never got the whole tipping mechanic with marth but alas) im actually quite happy the sword is balanced

It's better this way. She gets her own set of Taunts, victory animation, classic mode ending(?) and her model can diverge from Marth's.

Man Lucas and Ness were super diverse alterations of each other, of all the clones they're the least cloniest, don't you even!
I will never get the idea of "wasted slots." I'm happy with anyone we get. I'll always have my impossible favorites who I'd love but I'll never seen in Smash (Chibi-Robo........) but as long as my favorites stick around it's hard to disappoint me. Every single new addition has been rad to see, even Lucina, and I never even played Awakening.
I am reticent to get with this Dark Pit movement. Besides the visual boredom (palette swap). Indeed the voicework is noteworthy but this can be explained with the presence of bosses. Besides, look who else (Chrom) has voicework. Why go ham on the clones thing, especially if we believe that Sakurai is willing to troll
