Played this at PAX on Saturday. Was a ton of fun, the driving model really reminded me of PGR. Seemed a little easy, but I'm sure that they have the difficulty set pretty low for the showfloor demos.

One thing was certain, outside of some minor pop-in, it looked absolutely fantastic.

I've been begging the hell out of Rushy for a release date on the soundtrack for the game. At least with that, there's every chance it's been leaked. I'd still buy a proper copy, but that would have to do until there's a proper means.

Yeah although Amar pretty much proved BS on that claim due to older (pre PS4) Thrustmaster wheels working with it so how did they pre-empt this so called chip?

I'm blown away by the graphics and the only other thing I want to see is how the AI behaves while I'm actually playing the game, if its like Motorstorm PR then I'll be happy, I'm just scared of all the rubberbanding talk from this year's E3 and there was a vid where the player passed all 12 cars on one corner.

Why not just download and watch the vids of someone actually racing the game, like the ones in the OP?

Probably not. The game is a mixture between sim and arcade.

I don't think that's a bug, I think it was done intentionally by the uploaded to prevent the videos from being flagged by copyright.

Update: To back up the above assumption one of our supporters has sent us an email response he received from Logitech Netherlands concerning the G27 (translated using Google translate). It states, and I quote...

"The wheel works with HID drivers which can be found on the PS3 console port, so we expect the same driver implementation on the current successor. Yeah I was looking for fun (non sim) racer like motorstorm...watching the races in the OP it looks more racer than sim the way he is bashing into corners and other racing cars...
