Still down for me (Scotland). Haven't been able to access since chrimbo. It's my primary console and have PSN sub active against my profile. Can't access the shop, party chat, sync trophies or see friends. Bizarrely my boys profile on the same console can sign in and access most of the stuff without problem (shop still down).

Has anyone tweeted them and let them know that the DDOS has ended yet?

I just talked to a friend who works at a local big retailer, and he said people have actually returned systems because it wasnt working, and though its not the retailers fault, under the EU law, they had to return the systems.

Yeah digital games definitely work offline, I tested thoroughly last week when a friend told me they don't. If you're not doing anything weird like game sharing they absolutely work.

I changed my MTU settings and now I'm getting "cannot connect to the server within the time limit" when attempting to sign into PSN, which is a slightly different error than what I've been getting since the problem started.

Man, I can't believe it's been five days.

Haven't been able to connect since I set up my PS4 on christmas. Changing MTU settings just changed the error a little bit. I'm in Ohio.

I'd blame my connection but I'm not sure. I can connect to PSN on the PS3/VIta with no problem and we can usually stream Netflix at 1080 consistently as long as too many people aren't doing things so who knows.

Last official communication from Dec 27th was that there may be some additional downtime due to "surges in traffic". I wonder if they cannot keep up with the number of people that keep attempting to login time and again.
