Oh my god. I found a link on my editors Dashboard for Jeffs channel so now I have control over the past broadcasts again! :')

I'm going to try a YouTube upload of the last episode and see if it works as it should! (Meaning it uploads to his YouTube not mine)

EDIT: It fucking worked. Awesome.
EDIT2: Everything is now either up or being uploaded as I write this. :D

Executioner's Chariot
boss in the Undead Purgatory and saying we'll get a euro-friendly stream tomorrow.

That duel with the hippie next to the bonfire was definitely up there among the most hilarious Jeff moments I've witnessed. 2:11:10 for the fight.

Jesus Christ i can't believe he had such a hard time with Velstadt. IMO he was one of the most easiest bosses in the game.

I disagree, Veldstadt was relatively tough.
Then again, different people find different bosses tough (even depending on the build)

I think using the Bastard Sword played against, him, since V is weak against strike attacks, and he was doing pathetic damage, but hey, that made the victory all the more sweet.


Now for Throne W&D... Lord baby Jesus.

MAybe he will go to a different King door? Aldia's/Aerie might be ok? I cant recall if he did sinner yet or not, freja, gargoyles, rat authority etc.

He did Sinner, he did all the 4 great lords (since you need them to get to Drangleic, basically).
He should do Aldia/Dragon Aerie next, imo.

I think that knowing that he didn't have to pass through all those regular enemies again made him more relaxed and helped him focused on the boss.He also had more estus flasks.

Enemies not respawning after a while has been a blessing for Jeff. :p

I thought his moveset was very easy to avoid to be honest.

To be fair, with his soul memory, he could have probably got through to Drangleic without killing some of them. :p

Jeff's armor game is busted. He is wearing Dranglaic Armor and it is only +1. Hes gotta pick something that he likes the look/weight/defense ratio and upgrade the shit outta that junk.

He was wearing Vengarl's but then got busted and never got back to it.
If anything that's one thing that's really problematic for him, he just doesn't *know* his own inventory, and since a lot of time passes between one play session and the other, it gets even harder for him to keep track of stuff.
I understand though, that he doesn't want to spend a stream just looking at objects in the inventory.

It does play against him though, not having optimal weapons, and such.

I mean, look how finally changing from that Drangleic shield helped him against Veldstadt.

It's crazy how he insists to not use any of the tools in his arsenal except for sword/shield/estus. I'm sure this isn't how he plays every game. It's madness!

I agree with him about the one foot step thing.
I didn't have problems in Amana and still think it's a silly way of creating challenge, simply because it looks dumb.
I know it's a game, and you're gonna have artificial and arbitrary barriers, but some make more sense than others.
Similarly, the little pile of rubble blocking you from getting to Drangleic Castle (and for which you have to beat the 4 great lords) is also dumb, even though it's sort of a videogame trope.

Happy he's finally past that. I know that feeling all too well after finally beating a boss after hours. Though that was mostly just for the attorneys at law and manus first times.

Haha, same thinking I had. He's getting close to the end, and hopefully the DLC. So, I started playing through the DLC for the first time today. It's pretty great so far.

Any chance he will stream again tonight? I thought I remember him saying last night that he would, but I know his plans change.

I'm almost caught up, finally. It figures he'd pick up streaming again once I'm in Europe. Releasing that mass murderer/assassin so nonchalantly was such a Jeff thing to do. (When signs tell you not to do something in Dark Souls, they probably mean it!) I hope it doesn't end up biting him in the ass too much later...
