I guess I didn't word that correctly but what level in raid is this this? I'm up to like 2-6 and seen nothing but resident evil 6 levels. And hunk is amazing. I'm using him and his downed attack is so awesome.

Seems decent enough outside of huge juddering issues when you go above 60 FPS that hopefully will be fixed soon.

On a 1920x1080 monitor I get DSR factors of 2560x1440 and 3840x2160 and on a 2560x1440 monitor I only get 3840x2160 but MT Framework has always been a little weird like that for me.
Oddly at 1920x1080 frametimes are pretty much perfect using the built in framelock or using RTSS. At 2560x1440 it become a tad jittery unless lowering HDR Precision and Effect Generation to Standard.
If you guys are doing an article I'll key an eye out as you have way better tools than just FRAPS.

No decipatations or any other kind of visual damage is a real bummer. Made sense in the first game given enemies were fleshy blob things but enemies so far are humanoid so heads should be popping left and right!

I'm pretty sure heads explode on normal enemies. Just depends on the weapon. Looked like a sniper took someone's head off clean yesterday.
So just to clairfy: The difference between the $25 and $40 versions of the game is the $25 version is just the main episodes and Raid mode while the $40 comes with all the DLC (HUNK, Wesker, Bonus Ep1 & 2, the 4 alt costumes, and the throwback map pack)?

Season pass comes with 4 episodes plus the 2 bonus, raid, hunk,and flashback if you pre-ordered. Disk or complete comes with all that above plus Wesker, outfits, and flashback map pack. Wesker stand alone is $2.50 and costumes are $10. Not sure about the maps since mine came with it. Hope that clarifies things. They also sell mivrotransaction things like more storage, and weapons but you don't need it.

Tried yesterdays Daily Challenge on raid mode and it was extremely hard at level 3. lol Tried the new special and add no trouble with the same level 3 Wesker. Pretty good stuff, got the Samurai Edge equipped on him!

I bought complete season (PS4). Both main ep and raid mode downloaded fine but downloading season pass giving me error. Am I doing something wrong?

I wasnt mad at first but then I remembered you can force online coop like that and got sad. I'm still holding out for a patch to play campaign online.

Is there a way to lower your level in raid mode? i'm missing out on medals because i'm above the recommended level.

I think I know the last unlockable Raid character in this batch. You guys are gonna be unhappy. I sure was.
I think it's the matrix-glowy computer thing you have in the Raid room before picking your character. It's a non-character.

Played about an hour of the campaign so far. Quick thoughts.
- my ai partner has died about 6 times already, I'm busy turning a crank and they're busy dying.
- shooting isn't fun at all, enemies don't react to your shots and so far seem to be bullet sponges.
- enemies look like they move in slow motion sometimes
- graphics are good I don't get the complaints here, looks totally fine to me for what it is. I like the look of the prison.
- having to switch to Moira to search for things got old after 5 minutes, holding her flashlight on enemies just to stagger them isn't fun at all.
I'm trying to like it but so far I just don't, I'll give it another go later and finish the episode up.

Alright so, any opinions on how my computer would handle the game? I have a Geforce GTX 645 and I'm able to run past RE games a-okay. I just want to know if I'll hit the same performance (60fps) and visual quality of the PS4 version. If not I'll do PS4. I don't expect anyone to know how my specific card would handle it, but maybe people can give me their experiences with their own setup on PC and I can go from there?

The AI may be bad, but it's nothing compared to Sheva's AI in RE5. My god that was the worst. Couldn't complete the game without doing co-op.

Nah. They are decent but you'll be getting better things eventually after a few hours of play. Unless you just want to run through crap from the offset without a worry.
I just learned the skill to have your ai partners do attacks while you're not controlling them, should make things better. Also I like how your partner can't die to something random like those spinning blade traps, I witnessed Claire get caught in one for a good 5 seconds and she lost 0 health. Lol

Sheva died twice for me in my RE5 playthrough, I'd take Sheva in a heartbeat over this.

Well I was playing on the hardest difficulties, but yeah. Capcpom does bad AI.
I've watched some gameplay and the voice of the mysterious lady who talks to you in the campaign through the bracelets as well as in the Raid mode hub...
Don't tell me that she is the big bad that Capcom has said fans of the series will know?
She sounds just like Carla Radames from RE6.

I don't think so unless a discount method is setup for the stores, but I highly doubt it.
The price difference is pretty minimal if you buy the episodes seperately, only loss are some costumes which look dumb.

The PS4 seems have some huge frame problem(actually XB1 version too, just not as huge as PS4), Capcom please, no way this graphic will cause this kind of frame.

Would you recommend me to just buy episode by episode instead of the full pack?
I don't care too much with the costumes (I'd probably only buy one that I like the most and thats it), but it seems that there is some extra episodes, and I'm not sure if something else.
Also, since I will get it for XB1, I'm not worried about the platinum trophy limination for the PS4 version.

Was thinking of buying the PS4 version since I read on Steam Community and some Steam Reviews that the game also have huge frame drops on PC.
Now I'll wait til they patch it out.

I just downloaded the compatibility pack on ps4 but the characters aren't showing up. Also raid mode has frozen twice now at the load screen after a mission.

Man, I've been collecting everything and trying to get all the Medals in the Campaign. Have all the Tower Emblems, Parasites, and Kafka Drawings. 9/10 Medals on both Claire and Barry. I just can't seem to get that "get through the dark forest in 40 seconds" medal. Rushed through it a few times now and it just won't pop. Also need to somehow lure 8 zombros into the spinners.
crap! just failed getting the achievement for a knife only run. must be because i used Moira's crowbar to get past that one enemy? come to think of it, i used the brick as the kid as well. lol oops...

If it's $20, then it'd be Complete Season, which is the next three episodes + the two bonus episodes + HUNK. Only be missing out on the Raid Throwback Pack, Wesker, and Costumes.

Also, I need to play more Raid Mode, but so far it almost seems like all of RE6 has been converted into Raid Mode stages or something. XD; Have played the first five Raid Mode missions and the two daily missions, all seven levels have been from Resident Evil 6, various parts of Leon and Jake's campaigns thus far.
Very fun so far though, also while I'm sure is easy to do, I appreciate them including enemies from other Resident Evil games in the Raid Mode of this game. The Napad's from RE6 (big enemies with shells on their back) and the Executioner (the giant axe enemy from the first big fight in Resident Evil 5) both caught me by surprise.

Yep it's funny all the assets they're reusing, perhaps another reason why they're only charging 25.
Hoping with all the stage stuff, we get extra characters like Chris, Jake and Leon for Raid as well.
Played through both characters on PS4 and thankfully never noticed any heavy drops No issues with Raid either. Sucks for those that can easily notice this stuff. Only thing that i can't take is screen tearing.
