I love the small details like the sparks when the greatsword hits the ground. I cannot wait to get my hands on this weapon and figure out what its special properties are.

PvP in this game is going to the greatest among the Souls games.
This is just perfect it sounds like bullshit to say but Souls, Miyazaki all of that is a bonus but just looking at screens and these trailers and gameplay, this game feels tailor made for me. As in it doesn't even need the great Souls pedigree to be something I feel I need to play. Soon

So awesome. This was an amazing trailer. Still can't tell if that one moment was the character getting claws or just a weapon.
At 1:44 with the giant pig, definitely some kind of claw weapon. The transformation makes it a dual wield set like the warped blades. They look awesomely gnarly, kinda organic. Like they are made of bone and sinew. But you can see healthy human hands in the middle of the claws, grasping a grip of some kind. Cestus-type weapon.
