Ended up running short on time but working on the OT a bit. Do these headers look OK? I've actually not done an OT without any sort of outside assistance before. (I can already see I didn't leave enough room to complete the drop shadow, ugh)

Speaking of which, those of you who have the game already, definitely talk a bit about it so I can include your comments in the OT!

PM Studios themselves have already shipped the physical version for those that ordered directly from them, presumably to make sure everyone had the game by the release date. I guess it's not surprising we are seeing street date breaks as a result.

Do you have anything worked up for the OT by the way? It looks like we're going to need it a bit early and I've admittedly been caught a bit off guard.

Huh, no package. Figured shipping on Monday & 3 days later, it'd arrive today. Oh well, guess I'm getting it tomorrow.

Oh, it's UPS now? That would explain why I didn't get it yet, despite suppose to be 3-day priority & if it shipped Monday, this would be 4 days since it shipped.

OK i know I bought it but I can't remember which of my emails I used. This had Paypal option right? I know I paypaled during October but it doesn't show up, I guess my order hasn't been harged for yet?

okay the game is easier to understand once you try. i thought it would be strange as someone mentioned about the way the patterns come out and whatnot. only played the first song after the tutorial. i like it. but at work soo..... have to decide which is important LOL

Oh, hey, every stage in World Tour is set at a real nightclub. That's the last thing I would expect to be licensed in a game.

Next week? That seems.....rather long for "3-day" priority.

Starting to think my copy won't arrive until tomorrow or Monday now. For those who got it already, was it regular mail (USPS) or something like UPS & Fedex?

I'm expecting to run up to post size limits with the song list (unless I render it as a graphic) and all the DLC that will eventually be there, so I don't think something like that will make the cut. Neat find though!

I don't live in the US :) iF it already arrived it's going to Aramex who wll ship it to my country.

Ahhhh, that would explain it. I wasn't aware.

Edit: Checked my email, said it'd be 3 days, it's been 4 after today & nothing. Again, still expecting tomorrow or Monday, but kind of strange.

Edit 2: Hah, just came via UPS, & yup, bubble envelope inside a box.

So this is interesting. The booklet included with the OST has lyrics for all the songs that have them.......written in their original langauge. So certain songs have English lyrics, but then you have Korean & Japanese lyrics with no translations.

It feels weird to have bought a physical Vita game. Almost forgot how small the cards were.

PSA: For the "play tutorial 5 times" trophy, you can skip the tutorial via Select & it'll still count. You don't have to sit & wait each time.

Oh sweet, Heavy Day is the full version on the OST. Is it like that in the game, or is it (I assume) perhaps the cut used for the GGXrd intro?

Every Vita game is required to come out on PSN. It's just that the official release date is next Tuesday and the direct preorders from the publisher shipped early.

Ending the saga of the missing shipment: it was indeed shipped via UPS, but the label had both the billing and shipping address on it, so it was delivered to the billing address. I don't normally receive packages there, but it turned out OK in the end.

Hm, still haven't received my copy of the OST. Seeing everyone get their orders now I wonder where mine is. Not too concerned yet, but if it isn't here by sometime next week I'll have to see what's up.

Even though the email I received stated that my package was shipped "Priority Mail," it was shipped via UPS--which is a problem since the shipping address is a PO Box. I contacted UPS and the package is, of course, not going to be delivered and is being held at a UPS "access point location." Now I have 5 days to either go down there to pick it up, or have it redelivered to another address.

Interesting; same thing here, except my package had my billing address printed on the label as well as my PO Box address, so they just picked the one they actually could deliver to. Not nearly as annoying as your situation, but still not ideal.

Ugh, I also had the X-ed shipped to a P.O. Box as well! I wish it was stated before I ordered. Now to see where it is....

Thanks for the info. Glad to see the Limited Edition with Soundtrack got it's own box/slipcover and included a button. I was on the fence and ended up getting it and now Imm glad I did.

I didn't have a ticket in the Limited Edition but still haven't opened the Collectors Edition.

With every one of these games, there's always an inexplicably hard song at the early difficulties that you spend a disproportionate amount of time on. In this case, it's One Juicy Step: I can't make any sense of the rhythm of this song and it doesn't seem to be getting better after 20-30 retries.

Maybe P4DAN's convention of notes always advancing in the same direction around the circle has something to do with this, too.

And I'm still trying to figure out the timing windows. It feels like the perfect window is larger and the good window is smaller than a lot of recent games? I do miss the percentage system from Technika - it was very informative.

I have to say, so far, the unlocking system feels SOOOOO much more tolerable now. I feel like actual progress is being made instead of "okay you grinded 30 levels & played every song about 5 times now, you can have ONE new song with maybe a new note splash or something" in DJ MAX Fever or Portable 3.

I kind of miss the music videos, but it seems a good amount of the visualizer effects are unique per song (& I think Heavy Day has GGXrd footage, I'll have to check), so that's a nice touch to help make songs feel a bit more unique.

It's going to be interesting to see how long 99,999 takes in Free Style, but at the very least, wow at some of the DJs giving you a rather lenient shield for free notes. One I got let you take 24 breaks before actually breaking the combo.

I'm seeing an issue that could be considered a bug: if you let go of a hold note a little too early, you will lose your combo but you won't see a "break" indicator.

I kept ending up with broken combos for quite some time without even noticing when the break happened.

Man, WTF at the 4th World Tour stage. I'm guessing it's because I set it to Hard, but THREE breaks in a single song completely screwed me from passing the stage in two different challenges, despite getting the ### combo requirement well beforehand.

Edit: Okay, yeah, it was because I upped the difficulty to Hard. Damn, it is STRICT.
