I don't want to say just copy Arkham's combat but I feel that style would so well with Spidey for the same reasons it works for Batman. Classic combos 1) mean we can mess up and then our hero looks sloppy and 2) means enemies take a bunch of hits when our hero should be able easily wreck them

That Freeflow style allows for grace, speed, and making Spidey look like a master combatant

I think Arkham style combat actually makes even more sense for Spider Man than Batman, with the insane leaps and rolls you do to zap to your next target.

I gotta say, I LOVE the suit. I know Spider-man fans have always had something to say about "the suit" and whether it looks right or captures the look or whatever and I always thought it was so nerdy.

But as a person whose only connection to Spider-man are Sam Raimi's movies, which I love, this was the first time I saw a Spider-man suit where I was like "whoa... I get it now."

Once you see a version of Spider-man that resonates with you, be it in a comic book or in a movie or now this game, you have a hard time accepting anything else.

I love Insomniac's Spider-man suit so much! Is it inspired by any other costume variant?

Because, man, that suit rules. I am retroactively disappointed with every other Spider-man suit I have ever seen. This is now "my suit". That white spider is so striking.
