Let 'em. That's a very delicate line to walk without crossing over into the sheer offensive, and I don't trust Trump to be able to thread that needle. It can definitely be used as a line of attack, but Trump's not the messenger for that one. He'll find a way to take it too far and offend a bunch of people if he tries (like women and the elderly) by being too sloppy with his line of attack, so I'm not too worried about it.
