I can't agree with the people downplaying pneumonia. It nearly killed my father. He was in a coma for a month and we were told he'd probably not make it. Luckily he recovered though.

My roommates brother had pneumonia last year.

Yeah. It can be straight up deadly in young children, elderly, and immune compromised.
I have a co-worker who had to get some sort of tube in the side of his chest and into his lung when he had pneumonia. Left a gnarly scar.

It's one thing to go after Clinton when you've painted her as having some sort of serious and mysterious illness.
But pneumonia?
A vast a majority of adult Americans know what it's like to have pneumonia or the flu and still have to get up and fulfill their daily obligations. I would love to see the GOP try to argue that this is somehow disqualifying with the person running to be the first female president. Hillary could use the sympathy points.

Antibiotics. Have you heard of them? If she's been taking them for more than 24 hours which I'm sure she has, it tends to stop it from spreading to other people

It depends on the pathogen. Legionella for example is not transmitted via personal contact (not saying that she has legionellosis because she wouldn't be walking around like this)
