I personally think on September 27th they will announce a NX reveal date and the first week of October they'll do the full reveal.

There was also The Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, NSMBU, Zombi U, Lego City, and the later but still revealed pre-release Bayo 2 and MH3U as far as exclusives go.
Hopefully it can be better this time now that they aren't focusing nearly as much on 3DS.
edit: I decided to watch the lego city e3 trailer again, jeez the screen tearing is rampant.

Does anybody think Nintendo is doing a live conference? And if so I think they already have invites. If they usually get them 3 weeks out that puts it to mid October. Like I said I think they'll unveil it the first week, but three weeks from now puts us halfway into October.

I don't think they'll do a live conference so they'll be able to properly control the message to the public (contrary to what people say, live conferences do not get more exposure than if they stream a pre-recorded thing), but they will need to give media a hands-on either on the day or the day before

Looks like a projection system that can take irregular shaped rooms and compensate the projected image to look like it's still being projected on a flat surface.
The images showed an image being projected on a corner of a room and morphing the image using a checkerboard to compensate. At least that's what I got out of it. The PDF is in Japanese so....
She also signed off on that Eurogamer report that said September, so she's basically throwing shit at the wall.
That is the example but the patent talks about gaming. The general idea seems to be gaming wherever you are even without a screen. System would project the game onto a wall even if not a perfectly flat surface and adjust projection as needed to make it look perfect.

If she does in fact have sources, I'd say they're pretty poor.
I was thinking the same thing. Shoot the image right out of the hole in the center of the Sharp free-form screen.

Oh crap where's the guy who said this in the other topic? The dude said what if the NX used a projector to show the game on the wall or wherever you may be without a tv.
I mean if the NX has a projector that would be cool... But probably too expensive and we haven't heard anything like that from previous leaks.
Not unless it's truly 2 systems and the dock gives it a power boost + projector

Good find! Looks like a software patent for correcting projected images where
A) the image is an irregular shape
B) the image is projected onto an irregular surface
and
C) the projection source is not fixed from a user's point of view (aka is mobile)
It's always good to see what hardware R&D Nintendo is up to, and it could be a cool feature for a handheld/hybrid.
Patent could suggest multiple devices. It specifically mentions a disc drive etc. If its related at all
Sony might have scared Nintendo with PS4 Slim/Pro so they delayed the reveal even further

I think people like seeing an audience getting super excited when Nintendo starts showing NX games. I guess it creates more hype.

Maybe, maybe not. The fact that details change over time is why these things are called rumors not confirmations.
