Probably true at that time. We'd have to know when this picture was taken, but a PC setup to the spec of the NS being used in the early days for testing isn't out of the question. On top of that, dev kits need to be connected to PCs to work. So it's also possible there's a dev kit down there somewhere connected to that PC.
How do you get that? We see the devs meeting with Nintendo and even the game being run. Did we ever get anything like that with Sadness? I remember some silly FMV they put out at one point, but that was it.

No? I'd rather see it in the next few days/weeks when it's revealed properly and not looking like dogshit because of the awful screens. This leak does nothing but damage the game at this stage.
If it's a new dev who's repurposed a UE4 demo and is hitching to the Switch bandwagon for hype purposes, then Sadness comparisons could be roughly apt. It happens every gen -there seem to always be some handful of hopeful devs trying to hype up an exclusive for a new Nintendo system as a way of getting attention, and many seem willing to play along to fill the information void that Nintendo usually creates around their systems.

Boy in the screenshots looks shorter to me and he also had weird plastic looking hair in the demo, which doesn't seem to be the case in the screenshots.

I don't know why Dale releasing such internals constantly. Developer will be unhappy that their game reveal is spoiled and it adds nothing to the Switch discussion.

It's not unusual. I have heard plenty of stories from developers using GAF quotes for pitches both external and internal. Just take a bunch of screenshots from hyped GAFfers and it doesn't matter how big the thread is.
