Its a minor nitpick and would probably take more work to implement than its worth but I wish the game would have characters actually reacting to the elements during close ups like this. Even if it was just the character wiping water from their eyes or perhaps holding a hand over their head a bit to try and stop more of the water from getting into their eyes.

I think it would be hard to do because of the dynamic nature of the weather? Maybe?

That's why I said it would probably be a lot of work for a very minor detail. Still it adds to the immersion a bit as I know I don't stand in the pouring rain having a conversation without at least trying to shield my face and eyes a bit.

It does seem like some people are really trying a bit too much to hate on Horizon at this point.

If the positive previews are anything to go by, I think these haters will suddenly disappear when the reviews hit and it scores well. Although it would probably be a shit show around here if it scores better than Zelda lol

would love to see that Horizon Score higher on meta critic just to see people reaction lol

Went head and pre-ordered. I'll be picking up another PS4 after I get done with my move over the next few days (my old one took a crap on me).

Killzone 2 has a 91 meta and it hasn't deterred people from saying GG has never made a good/great game.

*Horizon exceeds expectations with its meta*
"Meh, people are just in the honeymoon phase. They'll realize it isn't all that good afterward."

*Horizon doesn't meet expectations with its meta*
"SEE!!!"

They probably won't be quite as vocal if it does well critically but that minority will still be present for sure.

I love this excuse for games. I see it so often and it's like a giant "ignore what I say" indicator.

Yeah that's usually the case. I do hope it scores well but I'm buying it regardless.

I noticed the guy doesn't point out Aloy riding a machine like usual because she didn't go through the gate with it, points it out after the dialog tree after instead that's cool.
